Welcome to Tilly’s Books! We are passionate about getting our books and other products to you in the fastest and safest way possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery services:

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery is provided through Evri, a reliable, trackable shipping service, ensuring your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

  • If your order is placed before 17:00, it will be processed the same day. Any orders placed after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day.
  • For our valued customers in the UK mainland, we offer Standard Delivery for free. For certain postcodes (BT, HS, IM, ZE, IV, KW), the delivery fee is £2.75.
  • At this time, we do not offer international delivery. We look forward to expanding this service in the future.

Please note: mugs, due to being made to order, are dispatched the following day.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Next Day Delivery

Enjoy the convenience of our Local Next Day Delivery service by our driver for the postcodes in the PO6*, PO7*, PO8*, PO9*, PO10*, and PO17* regions. With a cutoff time of 19:00, you can place your order until the evening and receive your package the very next day, right at your doorstep.

Please specify the safe place where we can leave your parcel if you are not at home to accept the delivery. Use the “order notes” field at the checkout.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your orders. Books are packaged using specialized capacity and books wrap mailers to protect them during transit. All other products are also carefully packaged for safe delivery. If you order several different items, they will all be shipped in the same package.

Delivery Address

You have the flexibility to choose a delivery address that is different from your billing address. During checkout, you’ll also have the option to include a personalized note or gift message with your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
