Thanks for shopping at https://tillysbooks.com/. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

In order to request a free return, send an email to info@tillysbooks.com or use a “contact us” form on the website: https://tillysbooks.com/contact-us/.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card on the same day (or the original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tillysbooks.com and send your item to 16 Home Mead, Denmead, Waterlooville, PO7 6UY, United Kingdom.

Shipping Returns

Tilly’s Books will pay the shipping costs for returning your item.
